Appointments

All of our staff are committed to welcoming you and your pet to our clinic.

What to Expect

When you arrive, you will be greeted by our wonderful Client Care team. They will get all of your details and meet your pet. Sometimes our Client Care team will request your pet’s medical records from any previous vet clinics. Previous medical records help our Veterinarians make sure that nothing is missed or repeated unnecessarily.
Larger animals are then weighed on the scale in the reception area. One of our Client Care Associates will get you and your pet settled into an Exam Rooms.
One of our experienced Technicians will meet you and your pet in the Exam Room. They will take more information about your pet and any concerns you may have. Then, they will bring this information to the Veterinarian on duty.
The Veterinarian will review your pet’s medical records and then join you in the Exam Room. You will be able to review your concerns, and the Veterinarian will perform a complete Physical Exam. From there, the Veterinarian will work with you to determine what Diagnostics and Treatments would work best for you and your pet. Full estimates for any Diagnostics and Treatments can be provided at that time. You are always encouraged to ask questions.
Your pet’s health and comfort are our number one priority. We also want to ensure that all of your questions are addressed! For questions like "What kind of animals do you treat?" or "How do I bring my pet to see you?", please read our frequently asked questions to learn more.
